250 gr. flour for all uses
1 tsp. bakin powder
4 big eggs, seperated in yolks and egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
250 gr. powdered sugar
150 gr. chocolate cookies crushed
400 gr. Amarino
2-3 vanilla drops
8 tsp. powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Slice the flour with the baking powder in a bowl. Pour the egg whites and salt into the mixer bin and knock them with the wire until they become a tight meringue. Then we add the egg yolks one after the other and immediately after the sugar powder. We beat a bit at moderate speed. We stop the blow and incorporate the flour mixture, gently stirring with a marjoram. Add crushed biscuits and integrate. We dress with a long cake form and empty the mixture. Be careful not to butter the mold for this type of dough because it will not inflate properly. Bake for 50 – 60 minutes. Leave it to cool for about 1 hour.
With the wire, mix all the ingredients of the cream cheese, put it in a bag of corn and put it in the refrigerator for an hour, as long as our cake comes in at room temperature. We decorate with strawberries and chocolate flakes.
