Goat’s White Cheese in Brine!
The classic accompaniment at the Greek table!
White cheese with low fat! For those who know the benefits of drinking goat milk, white cheese from 100% goat’s milk is the only choice for its special flavor and its rich nutritional ingredients. It follows the same process of cheese-making with sheep and goats and matures for 2 months in the containers with brine.

let’s see what we will need:
1000 gr. Flour for all uses
800 ml. Water tepid
2 dry yeast sachets
1 teaspoon of salt
Amari Goat’s White Cheese in Brine
Amari Graviera Kritis P.D.O.
Olive oil for frying
How do I make them?
The most delicious fried cheese pie.
In a baking pan, mix the flour with the yeast. Dissolve the salt in the water and add as much water as you need to get a soft supple dough. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 10 balls. Rinse our countertop and open leaves not too thin. Sprinkle the whole surface of the leaf with goat’s white cheese. Close our moons and fry in a lot of olive oil.
