Protests with humor

It was attempted to move a donkey into the Greek parliament by members of the security sector, firefighters, police and coast guard personal, within the protest which took place on February 5 in Athens, local media reported. People are against pension reform plans, in which they lose a significant part of their pensions. On the streets of the Greek capital came about five thousand people. On a small truck, the demonstrators delivered a donkey to the city center.

On the back of the animal hung a poster with the inscription «Gentlemen, our donkey patience is expiring!», and pictures of the prime minister – the minister of labour, the author of pension reform – and the deputy interior minister in charge of the police. However, the policemen on duty didn’t let his colleagues with the animal pass. The stubborn donkey was again loaded onto truck and taken away.
