Greetings from Nikos Gribas – master chef and co-owner of Gryll & Gyros!
I am Greek, and my favorite pastime is cooking a meal. I do it every day in the café Grill & Gyros where everyone can try a true gyros and Greek coffee, eat fresh Greek salad and enjoy the atmosphere of the Greek Bistro!
Grilled meat, fresh vegetables, fries, tzatziki sauce and aroma of fragrant spices, all wrapped in Greek pita bread – that’s a true gyros!
