Crushed traditional breadcrumbs, homemade raisins, sweet onion “Ahladas”, boiled potatoes, fresh eggs, portolac, diktamos (Cretan oregano) and unique cheese from Chania “pictogalo”, combine to complete this unusual combination of flavors!
