CRACKERS WITH GRAVIERINO
This yummy recipe will drive you crazy! With only 3 ingredients but so much love! In 15 minutes you will eat the most delicious crackers with gravierino!
250 gr. gravierino grated
4 tbsp. butter at room temperature
1 cup of flour
4 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. salt
Preheat the oven at 180C. Put gravierino, butter and salt in a food processor. Mix well. Add flour and cold water (one tbsp. at a time). If our dough is very strong, add some cold water.
Divide the dough into 2 equal-size pieces. Cut it into square pieces and make a small hole in the centre of every piece. Place the cut crackers on the baking sheet and bake for 12-13 minutes.
