Cretan Salad with Amarino

Implementation

Pass the tomato into the grater in a bowl, break the rusks into the bowl so that they are boiled from the tomato. Chop the onions and cut the cherry tomatoes in two and salt them with sea salt. In a dish, add the rusks, the tomatoes, the whole Amarino, pour over the olive oil, chop the mint and put it in our salad and finally sprinkle with thyme.

Ingredients

2 Barley rusks

30 tomatoes сherry

6-7 leaves of mint

1 Tomato grated

2 Fresh onions

Sea salt

4 tbl. olive oil

Thyme dry

200gr Amarino
